Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Fatman Club handles order cancellations, refunds, payment issues, and coupon-related disputes. By placing an order or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed through our website or mobile application, it immediately enters our preparation process. For this reason, cancellations are generally not allowed. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately after placing it. Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched. Fatman Club reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation request at its discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances. A refund may be granted if the wrong item was delivered, if an order was not delivered due to our error or if payment was processed but the order was not confirmed. In cases involving food quality concerns, our team may require verification before approving the refund. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal preference, minor variations in food appearance or delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for orders cancelled by the customer after preparation has begun, orders delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer or failed deliveries resulting from the customer being unreachable. Additionally, reward points or coupons used for gameplay are non-refundable and cannot be reversed once redeemed. Payments made for premium membership packages are also non-refundable after activation.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment. Refund credit timelines depend on the policies of your bank or payment gateway and may take between 5 to 7 working days. Fatman Club is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

Payment Issues

In cases where payment is deducted but the order does not appear in your account, you must notify us immediately. After confirmation with the payment gateway, the amount will either be refunded or the order will be processed manually. Payment disputes involving reward points, coupon conversion or premium app transactions will be reviewed carefully before a resolution is provided.

Offline Orders & Points Adjustments

Offline orders made at the venue do not automatically qualify for reward points. If any manual points adjustment leads to an incorrect balance or coupon generation issue, it will be corrected by the admin. However, points added manually for offline orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
