Fatman Club provides delivery services only within designated local areas surrounding our restaurant. Delivery availability depends on your location and we may decline orders placed outside our serviceable zones. Delivery coverage may change without prior notice based on operational or logistical factors.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time will be shown during the ordering process. While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, actual delivery time may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, kitchen load, distance or other factors beyond our control. Any delay caused by external circumstances does not qualify for a cancellation or refund.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, it is routed to our kitchen for preparation. After the food is ready, our delivery partner or in-house rider will be assigned for dispatch. You may receive notifications about the status of your order, depending on system availability.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout. Charges may vary based on distance, order value, ongoing promotions or peak-hour conditions. Fatman Club reserves the right to modify delivery fees at any time.

Unreachable Customers

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you due to incorrect address details, wrong contact information or repeated unanswered calls, the order will be marked as undeliverable. In such situations, no refund will be provided, as the food would have already been prepared and dispatched.

Incomplete or Wrong Orders

All food items are prepared fresh at our restaurant. Once dispatched, Fatman Club is not responsible for delays that affect temperature or presentation due to external conditions. Minor spills or variations caused during transit may occur and do not qualify as valid grounds for refund.

Self Pickup (If Available)

If a self-pickup option is offered, you must arrive at the restaurant at the indicated time. Orders not collected promptly may lose freshness, and Fatman Club will not be responsible for quality issues caused by late pickup.
