User Accounts
To use certain features such as online food ordering, managing reward points or accessing premium membership services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Fatman Club may suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized activity.
Food Orders and Payments
All food orders placed through our website or app must be completed using the available payment methods. Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless permitted by our cancellation or refund policy. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways and Fatman Club does not store full card details.
Reward Points and Coupons
Online food orders earn reward points based on the rules defined within our loyalty system. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase food. Points may only be converted into coupons, which are exclusively redeemable for physical games inside the Fatman Club venue. Coupon values, point requirements and redemption rules may be updated at any time. Coupons are for one-time use only and become invalid once marked as used.
Premium Membership App
Premium membership packages are purchased offline at the venue. Packages provide fixed points for a one-year period and include per-game point allocations. Points for one game cannot be transferred to another. All gameplay is verified using QR code scanning between the admin and the user. The premium app login and user records are separate from the main website. Fatman Club may update or modify package rules at its discretion.
Events and Function Hall Information
The event and function hall information displayed on our platform is for reference only. All bookings are handled offline through direct communication by phone or in person. Availability and pricing may vary and are subject to change.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Fatman Club website and app, including text, images, graphics, logos, game descriptions, menu items and system design, is the property of Fatman Club or its respective creators. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Acceptable Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Fatman Club platform only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or app, misuse the reward system, manipulate points or coupons, create fake accounts or disrupt QR-based transactions. Engaging in such activities may result in account suspension or legal consequences.
Limitation of Liability
Fatman Club is not responsible for service interruptions, delays, data loss or technical issues beyond our control. We are not liable for errors caused by third-party providers, including payment gateways, delivery partners or network issues. All gameplay, coupon usage and premium interactions happen at your own discretion and risk. Fatman Club will not be held liable for losses arising from misuse of the platform or unauthorized account access.
